This is my own store for our family business. It was built to support our main Etsy sales and has undergone several iterations as the business evolved.
The store has received consistent positive feedback for its look and usability, and despite being part of a seasonal business, it has generated over 100k in turnover and shipped to more than 50 countries in the past three years, without any paid marketing.
It's built on a simple, free Shopify theme, but it's more than enough to get the job done - proof that simple setups can take you a long way before you need anything too fancy.

Boat and kayak rental across 22 Latvian rivers
A customer-facing booking platform that lets people find, choose, and reserve boats online - replacing a phone-based process with a smooth, self-serve experience from start to finish.
Customers can browse available routes and rivers, check real-time availability, pick their dates, select boats, and complete their booking entirely online. The site handles multi-day rentals, group bookings, and sends automatic email confirmations on payment.
Bookings came in by phone only — one person tracking availability, payments and the whole fleet by hand.

Boat Rental Management Dashboard

A custom internal management system built to give boat rental operators full control over their bookings and fleet - replacing scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking with a single, purpose-built dashboard.
Operators can view and manage all reservations in real time, filter by river or route, track payment status, handle cancellations, and manage boat availability and relocations between pickup points.

Built on WordPress with MotoPress plugins, this site was created to provide a simple, sturdy, safe booking system for campsite management - real-time availability instead of a phone/email inbox.
Availability lived in a phone and email inbox — guests waited on replies and double-bookings slipped through.
Real-time availability and direct online booking, so occupancy runs smoother and the back-and-forth is gone.

Simple one-pager with the main accent on a strong CTA to lead the client to call or write the boat provider - routes, pricing, and reviews all above the fold.
